ROSEBURG, OR, Sept. 25, 2024 — Innovative Renal Care will soon welcome patients in Roseburg and the surrounding communities needing dialysis services. Innovative Renal Care Roseburg Dialysis at 171 NW Medical Loop, Ste. 109 in Roseburg is anticipated to open this fall.
Innovative Renal Care Roseburg Dialysis Center will offer local dialysis services to those with kidney disease, including in-center hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis for those with end-stage renal disease. Nephrologist Rubin Chandran, M.D. from Centennial Kidney Associates serves as the center’s medical director.
The center will be staffed by experienced dialysis professionals from the Roseburg community: Decembre Karels, clinic manager/head nurse; Will Collins, social worker; Melissa Sibley, home training nurse; Amy Palmer, lead patient care technician; Jason Varnell, facility technical manager; and Maisie Lenz, administrative assistant.
The new center will offer improved access to dialysis care at a convenient location in the local community. Having a care option closer to home can help ease the time commitment required for patients to receive multiple treatments each week.

“The center will offer 12 in-center stations and options for peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis, giving patients some flexibility in choosing the type of treatment that works best for them,” added Mendez.
