Sara has her master\u2019s in nursing leadership and education and is also a board-certified advanced nurse executive. Sara has more than 25 years of nursing experience and has a successful track record of leading teams within various healthcare roles. Sara began her leadership journey running a large county medical services program and then moved into an executive role within large hospital system as an Associate Chief Nursing Officer.
