Neal has more than 12 years of legal and compliance experience in the dialysis industry. Prior to joining IRC, he served as a partner at McDermott Will &amp; Emery LLP, where he focused on healthcare litigation, government enforcement and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Neal\u2019s dialysis experience includes responding to large-scale OIG and DOJ investigations, and developing and maintaining comprehensive compliance programs.
