By way of this partnership, significant advancement in renal care will be offered locally with the introduction of the Quanta<sup>TM<\/sup> dialysis system. As the first hospital in the state of Iowa to offer this enhanced technology for dialysis treatment, MercyOne and IRC are setting a new standard in patient-centered care.<\/p>\n<p>The Quanta dialysis system is designed to be flexible, enabling its use in various clinical settings, including home care, acute care, and inpatient facilities. This innovative technology allows patients to become familiar with the device in multiple environments, whether at the bedside, in a dialysis suite, or in the ICU, promoting versatility and ease of use during treatments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIRC is excited to unite with MercyOne to provide cutting-edge in-patient dialysis care that will serve the residents in and around the Waterloo community,\u201d stated David Doerr, CEO of Innovative Renal Care. \u201cWe believe that continuity of care is vital in a health system and want to ensure patients conveniently receive treatment where they need it, when they need it.
