Meet Sara Brady, CNO
Chief Nursing Officer
Sara Brady, Chief Nursing Officer of Innovative Renal Care, is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of nursing and patient care services for the organization. Sara has her master’s in nursing leadership and education and is also a board-certified advanced nurse executive. Sara has more than 25 years of nursing experience and has a successful track record of leading teams within various healthcare roles. Sara began her leadership journey running a large county medical services program and then moved into an executive role within large hospital system as an Associate Chief Nursing Officer. Sara has had multi-state oversight of hundreds of dialysis programs as a nurse executive for several years and most recently led patient care within a managed care organization for seniors.
