Reimbursement
Information
Reimbursements for meeting-related travel and expenses will be paid to those attending. We will follow the Travel & Entertainment Expense Reimbursement policy set forth by Innovative Renal Care.
Reimbursable expenses include:
- Meals during travel that are not provided as part of the event
- Parking at home airport
- Tolls (if applicable)
- Mileage to/from home to airport or venue
Round Trip Airfare
Main or Coach roundtrip airline fees for attendees only
(no seat selections or upgrades will be reimbursed)
You may utilize a 3rd party provider to book your flight (Expedia, Kayak, Orbitz, etc), however, note that any changes, cancellations, or flight delays will need to be handled with the 3rd party instead of the airline carrier and can sometimes result in issues. It may be beneficial to book directly with the carrier if the cost difference is not substantial.
