Please book your own travel to and from the 2023 Physician Meeting.
The Don CeSar is located on a peninsula between Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. It is just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 25 minutes from St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport, which is approximately a $30 – $40 Uber or Lyft ride.
If you choose to drive to the meeting, hotel guests are required to pay a self-parking fee of $24 plus tax or $31 plus tax for valet per day.

Expenses
Reimbursements for meeting-related travel and expenses will be paid out to those attending the 2023 Physician Meeting. We will follow the Travel & Entertainment Expense Reimbursement policy set forth by American Renal Management. You can view the policy here.
Reimbursable expenses include:
- Roundtrip airline fees for attendees only – coach fare
- Food allowance of $200
- Ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel only – taxi/Uber/Lyft
- Parking at home airport
- Parking at Don CeSar (if not traveling by plane)
- Tolls (if applicable)
- Mileage to/from home to airport ($0.625 per mile)
You are welcome to bring a spouse or companion along with you to the event, however, we will only be able to cover expenses for the IRC or ARA employee, physician partner or medical director.
