Jeff brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, operations, product development, and value-based care solutions. Most recently, he served as Chief Growth Officer for Compassus, where he led enterprise sales, partnerships, account management, and marketing across more than 200 locations in 30 states, supporting $1.2 billion in annualized revenue. Throughout his career, Jeff has demonstrated a strong ability to build high-performing teams, develop innovative partnerships, and advance patient-centered care initiatives. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of Ohio at Toledo and brings both clinical insight and operational expertise to his leadership approach.
