Your RIC knows the local healthcare network and your team, helping answer questions, coordinate next steps, and keep referrals moving smoothly.

We Help Manage the Details
Once we receive a referral, your Regional Intake Coordinator works closely with you, the patient and our clinic teams to help coordinate the path to care.
We can help with:
- Gathering the information needed based on the patient’s dialysis modality and care needs
- Identifying an appropriate Innovative Renal Care clinic location
- Coordinating insurance verification and any authorization requirements
- Reviewing preferred treatment days and shifts and available chair times
- Communicating updates and answering questions from referral sources, patients and families
- Coordinating with clinic teams to help patients begin treatment as quickly as possible
Our goal is to reduce unnecessary back-and-forth and give you a responsive resource who can help move each referral forward.
