Chief Human Resources Officer

Michelle Neece serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Innovative Renal Care, where she brings more than three decades of human resources leadership. In this role, Michelle guides people strategy, ensuring clinical and corporate teams are equipped to deliver on the organization’s mission of compassionate, high-quality kidney care.

Michelle joined the leadership team as Vice President of Human Resources, where she led enterprise-wide HR functions spanning talent strategy, compensation architecture, HRIS systems, and workforce planning across a healthcare workforce. Her experience includes building HR infrastructure through periods of significant growth and integration, including merger and acquisition activity, and designing competitive compensation and benefits programs grounded in national market analysis.

Prior to Innovative Renal Care, Michelle held senior HR leadership roles at Triumph Orthopedic Partners, PhyMed Healthcare Group, and Renal Advantage Inc. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a Master of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
