Meet Christie Carlisle, CHRO
Chief Human Resources Officer
Christie Carlisle, Chief Human Resources Officer of Innovative Renal Care, is responsible for all areas of human resources including organizational and leadership development, talent management, compensation and benefits and talent acquisition. She will be based in our Franklin, TN office.
Christie has spent her career in various HR roles in healthcare, retail and behavioral health, as well as with the Department of Defense. Before joining IRC, Christie was Chief People Officer for PhyMed Healthcare Group, where she was responsible for human resources, organizational and leadership development, credentialing, communications and marketing. She was also the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Renal Advantage, Inc. She holds a master’s degree in organizational development.
