Mark Paglierani has more than 15 years of financial leadership and strategic analysis experience at Innovative Renal Care. He plays a key role in guiding the company, with deep insight into finance, operations, and collaboration. Mark is known for his thoughtful approach to decision making and his ability to help drive performance across the organization. Before joining Innovative Renal Care, Mark served as Director of Corporate Strategy and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Forrester Research, a global independent research and advisory firm.

Mark earned a BS from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Boston University. He is dedicated to leading with intent, supporting teams, and helping achieve our higher purpose of delivering more tomorrows for our patients, their families, and their friends.
