CNO Perspectives on Nephrology Nursing

In the May/June Issue of the American Nephrology Nurses Association’s (ANNA) Nephrology Nursing Journal, our Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Sara Brady shares her perspective on the challenges and opportunities in nephrology nursing. Sara and other nursing leaders offer personal insights on their experiences and how they are addressing the complexities of healthcare while safely delivering dialysis care.

In the article, Sara emphasizes an important factor in the care IRC provides, “The beauty of nephrology nursing is that it is a unique career choice that combines all the best aspects of being a nurse. A nephrology nurse routinely deals with complex clinical issues but also has the time to develop relationships with their patients. This combination truly represents what holistic care is all about.”

At Innovative Renal Care, we care for the whole person and that makes a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
