How is your experience with Innovative Renal Care? We’d love to hear from you. This fall, you may be invited to complete the 2025 ICH CAHPS Survey, a national survey that allows patients like you to provide feedback about your dialysis care. Your input helps us improve and deliver the best experience possible across dialysis centers like yours.
Starting in October, you should receive a prenotification letter in the mail. From there expect to receive an additional mailing of the actual survey or we may call and administer the survey starting on October 31st. Completing the survey is voluntary, but your feedback helps shape the care others will receive in the future.
