We Offer Dialysis Care in Your Home or Our Center
Innovative Renal Care is proud to offer the only Home Dialysis Program serving Delano dialysis patients and the surrounding rural communities. Our home dialysis option eliminates the need to travel to Bakersfield by providing care right in our hometown with dedicated, compassionate staff.
Focused on “Delivering More Tomorrows,” Innovative Renal Care provides both in‑center and home dialysis options within the Delano Kidney Center, supported by a healthcare team fluent in Tagalog, Spanish, and English.
Guests attending our open house will have the opportunity to meet our local care team, including partners from the local hospital program who know this community well.
During the open house, our nurses will provide an overview of both In‑Center and Home Dialysis modalities, including Peritoneal Dialysis using a cycler (APD) and without a cycler (CAPD).
