In-Center Hemodialysis (ICH CAHPS) Patient Survey 2026
Twice yearly, Press Ganey conducts a patient experience survey on behalf of Medicare to help assess and improve the quality of care dialysis patients receive at their center. As a current patient, this survey opportunity gives you a voice in your care and helps improve the dialysis experience for yourself and all future patients.
The 2026 Spring survey will begin in April with pre-notification letters being mailed to selected recipients. If you are randomly selected, you will receive a letter in the mail or a phone call from Press Ganey, reflecting the phone number 574-309-9553 on your caller ID. Those patients will then receive an additional mailed notification and/or a phone call at some point between May – July.
The 2026 survey has been updated so even if you’ve participated previously, the questions have changed and the new survey is shorter!
